Commented Unassigned: FeatureLayer.AddLabels [25680]

After upgrading to 1.7 I'm getting warnings that Map.AddLabels is now obsolete and I should be using FeatureLayer.AddLabels. However I cannot find FeatureLayer.AddLabels. Am I doing something wrong?
